Beginning of TPC

Tourism Professionals Club (TPC)is a non-profitable membership-based Organization in Kerala that provides up-to-date market intelligence and privileged services to its members that contribute to the development of the Kerala travel and tourism industry. Tourism Professionals Club is a registered platform for Tourism Professionals working as Tour Operator in Kerala. We have registered it under Society Act 1955. Reg. No. ER 441/04 in the year 2003. At the time of inception of TPC, we had just around 50 members and now more than 260 tourism professionals have been registered in this Club. The members of the club constitute Managing Directors, Managers and Executives.

TPC is known for its exclusive initiatives like Shoot the Rain conducted every year at Fort Cochin in connection with Monsoon Tourism. This project is the only one of its kind and gathers the entire Tourism Industry in the renowned Parade Ground, Fort Cochin. We have contestants from all major hotels and Tour Companies .TPC also has two teams from among the members.

Objectives

The Aims & Objectives of the Tourism Professionals Club include social welfare of the members, creating a common platform to share the changing trends in the Industry, promoting tourism activities, betterment of association and provide guidance and mutual assistance to the upcoming establishments and young Professionals etc.

Recently we have initiated a training project for the professionals in the Industry with the help of senior faculties and speakers to update the market trends and initiatives taking place in Tourism Industry. The Club takes all possible initiatives to update our members on the happenings in the Industry as far as Kerala is concerned .The main initiative among these is the FAM Tours conducted on behalf of the Club to visit and familiarize the new hotels and resorts.
